1. Eligibility for Returns

• Requests must be raised within [7] days of delivery
• Product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with seal intact
• Due to the nature of skincare products, opened or used items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons
• Products damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within [48] hours of delivery along with photos/videos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within [7-10] business days.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used skincare products
• Products purchased during clearance or promotional sales (unless defective)
• Gift cards or combo offer items where individually not eligible

5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return as per the policy above.
